I am Bob Mundle originally from Red Wing, Minnesota and a Minnesota Viking fan since 1960 back when Fran Tarkenton came to us from the University of Georgia. A lot of water has passed under my bridge since then. Via a long life road thru several states, while serving in the Air Force and Flying as an Airline Pilot, my lovely wife, Cheryl, and I landed in Tennessee to stay in 2004. I was scheduled to retire from Continental Airlines in 2005 and planned to keep our home in Houston and our lake cabin in Wisconsin forever. However, Cheryl did not like Houston and thought Wisconsin's Winters were too harsh. So, the search was on for an area that has four seasons, lakes, pretty scenery, and a reasonable cost of living. We ended our search when I drove up interstate 75 and saw the sign advertising Rarity Bay. We drove thru the gate and bought a home and a building lot after a quick two-day search. We owned 4 properties in Rarity Bay and stayed for 18 years before moving 8 miles to Kahite. We love Tennessee and are , as they say, Vols for Life (VFL). I focused on Flight Training at the local airport in Madisonville and played a lot of golf. Cheryl was active in activities with the Women's Club and served as a Court Appointed Child Advocate for a period of time. I still teach flying but earned my Real Estate Affiliate Broker's License in 2020 and then added my Broker License in 2024. I have helped my clients sell and purchase several properties and homes over the last 6 years. I love introducing folks to Tennessee.
