Sam Allen
Real estate has been my passion for as long as I can remember-it's something I've truly loved since childhood. Coming from a family deeply rooted in the industry, my dad built homes while my mom and both of my grandparents were real estate brokers, so I was naturally immersed in every side of the business from an early age.
I graduated from California Maritime Academy with a degree in Marine and Facility Engineering, which led me to a stable career at the Port of Los Angeles. But even with a four-year engineering degree and a secure job, I knew it wasn't where I was meant to be. Taking a leap of faith, I transitioned into real estate full-time-a decision that has proven to be one of the best I've ever made.
Not long after, I relocated to East Tennessee, where I married my high school sweetheart. Together, we've built a wonderful life with our three sons-Tate, Clay, and Levi-and our dog, Mr. Benny.
I am deeply passionate about every aspect of real estate and take seriously the trust my clients place in me. I pour everything I have into each transaction to ensure it is as smooth and seamless as possible, always striving to deliver a level of service that reflects just how important that trust is.
